We do know a bit about the process as partner and founder John Wallen started his adoption ministry with his wife in 1997. The year they adopted their first from China. Between then an now they have adopted 4 from China, 5 domestically in Ohio and have 2 bio boys. They are working on 3 more in 2024 which will complete their family of 14 children the year they celebrate their 36th wedding anniversary.
