Our standard response time is 1 business day. We have witnessed underwriters approve applications in as little as 3 minutes. This indicates that if you intend to use our payments page with your account, we have the potential to have you set up within 10 minutes.
We do NOT require contracts for accounts that have no POS devices. You can cancel anytime. We do not charge for your POS devices, but we use the revenue you generate to pay them off. Depending on the total cost of your devices, we may ask you to agree to a 3-year contract. We do not have an annual account fee like other processors and therefore do not increase your account fees annually. (Check your agreements as some processors increase their account prices up to 33% a year, effectively increasing your rate over 4%.)
