When credit cards were new, it was common for merchants to reduce the friction of a sale and absorb the cost of accepting a credit card as payment. In todays tight market those fees can make a significant difference in the bottom line and offsetting those fees can bring relief. In essence its an industry standard practice to pass the transaction expense on to the customer.
White Glove service means we go the extra mile to prepare all facets of your account before you even ask your first question. For a restaurant it means going through the menu 3 times or more to make sure every detail is just right. For retail, it means working with you on validating all your inventory before going live. It means working with you and your employees to understand the POS devices for frictionless transactions on your first day.
Every one of our customers is issued a secure PCI compliant payment page on our secure services. If you are a merchant selling your wares at the local farmers market, a church looking for a donation page, a services company (legal or construction) or a major chain of store, we have tools and solutions that will improve your bottom line.
Yes. We integrate with many 3rd party shopping carts and platforms. We are even working on a solution with Shopify, to eliminate their added fees for outside processors.
Our standard answer is 1 business day. We’ve seen applications approved by underwriters within 3 minutes. That means, if you plan to use our payments page with your account, we could potentially have you setup within 10 minutes.
We do NOT require contracts for accounts that have no POS devices. You can cancel any time. We do not charge for your POS devices but we do use the revenue you generate to pay them off. Depending on the total cost of your devices we may ask you to agree to a 3 year contract. We do NOT have an annual account fee like other processors and therefore we do not increase your account fees annually. (Check your agreements as some processors increase their account prices up to 33% a year, effectively increase your rate over 4%.)
